Judas DJs are two encyclopedically popbrained, former FOJ geeks, just trying to save Belfast from itself, one ping pong at a time.
You have the first hour to dictate the rest of the night.
COMING UP on JUDAS DJs:
22.06.24 LINE UP - THE EARLY 90s INDIE DISCO SOCIAL Queens Union, Belfast - in aid of AWARE
27.07.24 TABOO at BELFAST PRIDE - The Telegraph Building, Belfast [tickets from taboopresents.com]
JUDAS DJs have long been tag-teaming through genre-hopping sets and throwing down their own private remixes and mashups, coming out of Belfast and into anywhere or anything that sounds like a good idea.
As residents at Queen's University SU’s legendary GOOD FRIDAY, they brought the tunes to generations of students at Belfast’s longest running weekly club night. Since 2018, they’ve been resident DJs at TABOO, the LGBTQA+ club night and headlining epic, award-winning Belfast Pride parties to sold out crowds at The Telegraph Building.
Judas DJs have opened for indie icons and pop royalty, including Saint Etienne, Electric Six, Bloc Party and Grandmaster Flash. Recently they’ve taken to hosting their “weird parties,” like LINE UP - the pop-up indie disco where music ended in summer '95, and going back further, harder and darker, with ARCADIA: a spirit-of-the-Blitz-Kids club that does the Eighties, properly.
